Yes — every range has cut samples on the shelf, free to borrow for 7 days. We just ask for a name and phone number at the till, no deposit needed. Larger swatches (300x300mm) are available to purchase at cost if you want to see the tile in full daylight at home.

We run a trade account for registered fitters and builders with tiered pricing from 10% off, rising with annual spend. Bring proof of trade (invoice, business card or UTR) to set one up at the counter — it takes about ten minutes and pricing applies from your very next order.

Free delivery within 8 miles of Blackburn town centre on orders over £500. Wider Lancashire delivery — including Preston, Burnley and Bolton — is available for a flat fee. Palletised deliveries for large orders are quoted individually; ask in-store or via the contact form.

We recommend 10% on top of your measured area for a straight lay, and 15–20% for diagonal, herringbone or a pattern with a repeat. Bring us your room dimensions and we'll calculate this for you at the counter, free of charge.

Unopened, undamaged boxes from our standard stock ranges can be returned within 28 days with proof of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cut tiles, special-order lines and clearance stock are non-returnable — we'll always flag this clearly before you pay.

No minimum for in-stock ranges — we'll happily sell you a single tile for a repair job. Special-order and made-to-order ranges (such as book-matched marble-effect panels) typically carry a 10m² minimum; we'll confirm this before you order.

Most special-order ranges arrive within 5–10 working days. Book-matched marble-effect panels and made-to-order mosaic runs can take up to three weeks — we'll give you a written estimate and keep you updated if anything shifts.

We don't run our own fitting team, but we keep a list of local, insured fitters our customers rate highly, covering Blackburn, Darwen and the surrounding villages. Ask at the counter and we'll pass on a few numbers — we don't take referral fees either way.

Most of our porcelain ranges are rated for underfloor heating — it's marked clearly on the shelf tag. A handful of natural-stone-look matt finishes are not recommended due to thermal expansion; we'll always steer you to a suitable alternative if this applies to you.

Yes — flexible adhesive, grout in over twenty colours, tanking kits, trims and spacers are all stocked. We can work out full quantities for adhesive and grout alongside your tile order so you only need one trip.
